Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Pinpoint operates three websites including Pinpoint Office, Pinpoint Promotions and Pinpoint Learning. Each of our sites is hosted by carefully selected companies that use 128 SSL encryption to secure your credit card information against theft.
Can I order on the phone?
We want our customers to be comfortable with their shopping experience. If you do not like shopping online you can call us to place your order. We are available via telephone at 1-877-302-4255 Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm PST. If you reach our voice mail then our customer service agents are busy helping other customers. How much is shipping?
Shipping charges vary based upon the site you are visiting. Orders that can delivery via UPS or FedEx and are under $75.00 will be charged $9.75 for shipping. Orders over $75.00 that can ship via UPS or FedEx will ship for free. Orders that deliver via freight will be assesed actual shipping cost and will be confirmed with the customer before delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times can vary depending upon the items ordered. Typically, office supplies are delivered within 24-48 hours. Our School furniture and supplies drop ship directly from carefully selected manufacturer's, so delivery for these items can take 7-14 days. Our church seating and promotional items can have longer delivery times. Please contact Customer Service if you have specific delivery questions or if you need your items delivered by a specific date.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
Pinpoint does not charge sales tax.
Something arrived damaged can I get a replacement?
When items are shipped there can occasionally be damage to part of the item. If your product arrives damaged please give us a call and we will get you the part you need to fix the problem for you.
Do you have a store in my area?
Sorry, we do not have a storefront and only serve our customers through our online stores. Items cannot be picked up from our location because most of our items ship from various locations throughout the country. We are happy to arrange for delivery anywhere in the lower 48 states.
Do you have a catalog?
Yes, Pinpoint offers an full-line office supply catalog. All educational materials are only available online.
Does Pinpoint accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, purchase orders are accepted by approved Schools, Churches, Non-profits and Government Agencies.
Who will deliver my order?
Most of the products we sell will be delivered via UPS or FedEx ground. Large items that cannot be shipped via UPS will be delivered via a freight/trucking service. In select areas a Pinpoint employee will make deliveries. Please let us know if you have other questions regarding shipping.
