Pinpoint utilizes 37 distribution locations nationwide, so we can ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Our electronically linked nationwide distribution network provides a total of 9 million square feet of storage Providing our customers in stock products that are ready for next-day delivery*. In fact, 98 percent of orders are actually shipped the same day, with more than 90% of these delivered the next day.
*Next-Day delivery is for office supplies purchased from the office supply website.
Return Policy
Pinpoint has a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, then notify Pinpoint within 5 business days of receipt of product. Pinpoint will take any means necessary to correct the issue. If you are not satisfied with a product within 30 days of purchase, then a credit will be given upon return in the amount of the purchase price minus any discounts and shipping. All furniture returns will be assessed a 10% restocking fee unless the return is due to damage. Returned product must be in it's original packaging and have a return approval from Pinpoint. Promotional and printing products are not returnable unless there is an error in printing.
